GLISTENING GOLDEN D'OFFARD
Santa Maria Novella by D'Offard
The glistening golden ground of d'Offard's spectacular 'Santa Maria Novella' wallpaper catches the light and shimmers on the elegant walls of a château in the Pays de la Loire, France.
Installed by specialist wallpaper hanger, Arnaud Fouassier, the hand-block-printed wallpaper was re-created by French heritage wallpaper artisans d'Offard.
The French château owners chose the wallpaper after seeing it on the walls of the famous Florentine perfumery, Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella, founded in 1221 and one of the oldest pharmacies in the world.
" Exceptional wallpapers deserve exceptional installation. "
Arnaud Fouassier
The Santa Maria perfumery commissioned d'Offard to reconstruct the original historic wallpaper from faded antique fragments and were astounded when d'Offard brought it back to life with its original colour and brilliance.
Chosen to install the exceptional paper, Arnaud Fouassier is renowned for his specialist skills in handling rare and historic wallpapers.
